How do I buy something?

Why don't you ship to my country?

If your request is rejected, please send us an e-mail at and we will investigate your problem as soon as possible.

How much is shipping?

On the Checkout page, you will find a form in which you are able to self determine the cost of the shipment to your address.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

We vow to ship your item within 24 hours during weekdays and 48 hours on weekends, after clearing the payment. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the country you are located in.

For the most part, if you are located in one of the EU member states and countries within Europe, you will receive your item within 2-3 weeks of clearing the payment successfully.

How do I get a refund?

Verragamo offers top of the line art glass decorations and ornaments. However a client may feel the need to return a purchase made on our website.

The only case a refund is possible is in the following cases:


All of our items are wrapped, packaged and shipped very professionally.

In the very rare incidence an item may break during shipping and handling – due to the nature of the product.

And as a result, receiving a broken item is possible but happens very rarely.

At Verragamo, we offer refunds when a customer receives a broken item; considering our customer follows the following steps:

  1. As soon as the package has been opened and the foam protectors have been removed off of the top and bottom parts accompanying the product, you must take 5 clear pictures of the product in its present broken state. The pictures must be taken from different angles, making sure the entire product shows in the picture, and specifying where the breakage or damage occurred.
  1. Send an email to with the pictures immediately after taking them and discovering your item was received damaged.
  2. Specify in the email Subject-Line: “Breakage – Order x” and in the body write a detailed description of how you found the product broken/damaged upon receiving and unwrapping it.
  3. We will carefully study the case and then decide on whether or not to offer a full refund.

Unfortunately, in most cases we cannot offer you a replacement product identical to the one you have initially received, due to the fact that our products are unique and are hand-made with a limited edition stock. In this case we will decide to offer a refund or not.

Processing times

Once we have communicated to you the decision of offering a refund, the item will be refunded within 10 business days from issuing the acceptance for refund email.

Refund Value:

The client will be refunded the entire price of the damaged item, including the original shipping cost. Any additional costs incurred by our client such as duty or customs tax are non-refundable.

The currency used for any transaction performed on our website is in Euro. For payments in currencies other than the Euro, LUCKY OFFICE SRL returns the amount in Euro regardless.

*Please note that any possible exchange rate risks are bared by the customer.

The returned amount will be credited on the customer’s credit card or, otherwise by specified agreements on the phone, such as direct bank transfer.

What payment security do you have?

We use : Mobilpay (the online transactions system used at is protected by 128 bit SSL certificates. The server implements payment data verification automatically, that is not evident nor perceivable by the human.
